This script installs a desktop shortcut with Alt-Control-F4 as a hotkey to kill the Window-Eyes process. It may be useful if Window-Eyes does not close properly through a normal method. The script looks for the Microsoft process kill utility in the user profile folder, and if not found, prompts whether to download it and create a desktop shortcut called Kill WinEyes. The shortcut executes a batch file, KillWinEyes.bat, which calls pskill.exe with appropriate parameters. This script requires GW Toolkit and Homer Shared Object.

This script works very well under Windows XP, but does not work under Windows Vista.

This script makes it possible to kill Window Eyes if a person were to help me out with something someone that is sighted, then it makes a lot easier to turn it off then going in to the program and doing it the long way. After they are done with whatever I can then turn Window Eyes back on again.
