The fact that you were able and willing to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a customer in order to effectively resolve an issue is absolutely amazing in comparison with most larger companies inside and outside the assistive technology field today. Aaron has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a Window-Eyes issue in the past, and, for that, I thank him.
