Browse mode seems to work but I am unable to use hot keys such as H or SHIFT-H to navigate by heading in Internet Explorer. The issue seems to be caused by Webroot SecureAnywhere. This is an Antispyware, Virus and Malware Protection product from www.webroot.com. The solution is to uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere. After uninstalling Webroot the Browse mode hot keys will function like before. As of the writing of this article, you may need sighted assistance as the uninstall process presents an inaccessible CAPTCHA. To uninstall: From the Windows control panel, select Webroot from Add/Remove Programs in Windows XP or Programs and Features in Windows Vista, 7 and 8.
