It looks to me like you should be able to:

executeHotkey hkMouseToFocus

and do it that way.

I want to know if there is a way to move the mouse pointer to a highlighted
item in a menu, similar to the Mouse To Focus hotkey, but this would move
the mouseto a highlighted item in a menu.
