A question about constructing a WEPM fileDate:

Using the Package Manager of Window-Eyes, I am about to build the final WEPM file for my Extended Dictionary package.
As it holds translations into a couple of languages, I was wondering how I will go ahead ato have the installation process show up in the locale language of Window-Eyes. That is, I guess the installation process itself will be controlled by the End-User's WE version. But there is a license agreement to be accepted. Can I, and in case how, include the license agreement in several languages - and the one matching the locale version of the User's WE will be displayed?
Hope I made sense.
Thanks for any assistance.
