The Hotkey manager is part of the GWToolkit script which you should already
have. It comes with the installation. You might want to check for the latest

update. The current version is 8.1.1

I am also having trouble with Skype even though I've learned a few of the
shortcuts. What is hotkey manager and do I need to download it? I must
have an incorrect setting somewhere. HELP, PLEASE!!
