not really, you over in the US already jumped to summer time, but we are
still in normal timezone, so the difference is 5 hours instead of 6 hours.

Hi Richard,
I believe there is a 6 hour time difference between eastern daylight time
and Germany's time zone, so 2 pm here should be 8 pm for you.
I will be creating a group in the TeamTalk public4 server (the first server
listed in the list of preconfigured servers) named WindowEyes_scripting
slightly before the start.
I have a TeamTalk .tt file containing the server and group info, and anyone
who likes can write me for the file. that way, you just double click on the
..tt file, and your in TeamTalk, in the correct server and group.
I haven't intended to password the group; hopefully it won't be necessary.

Richard,
TeamTalk has that capability, but I've never tried, so can't say for
certain
that it will work.
How about if I try and back it up by say, 6 hours to 2 pm est. would you
be
able to join then?
If you answer yes, that will serve as an announcement of the new time, and
we'll see if anyone can't make it. I'll still try and record it no matter
what, but it is pretty important when you're learning to be able to ask
questions.

Hi, Chip
I shan't be able to join you on your session as it will be 1 am here in
the
UK so is there any chance of you recording the session, please, and making
it available somewhere?

Subject: TeamTalk
Hi all,
I plan to offer a TeamTalk session next Sunday night, at 8 pm, on how to
use
the MS Office script and the VBA development environment for developing
window eyes scripts. I imagine info on beginning scripting for those just
starting out will also be the last half of the session.
Before then, if anyone hasn't tried TeamTalk, here's the direct download
link for it below. you'll need to choose, during installation, the client
for screen reader users (the installation gives you a choice of four
different products to install).
http://www.bearware.dk/teamtalk/v4.0.1/TeamTalk
you'll also need headphones at least with a microphone, or a headset.
don't
try this with speakers, it's pretty annoying to the others.
Anyone needing help with TeamTalk is welcome to write me off list.
