That is the same error I had. Note that Aaron said he never got a report on it, even though I had sent several of them. So, good luck in getting an answer, Steven made a suggestion, but I had already submitted many error reports only to have it posted as "Where are they?

Subject: Bad Thing Just Happened With WE
Hi: For some time now if I switch around too quickly I lose WE speech and usually have to ReBoot. Sometimes I get a little sound from my box a beep beep sort of. Then WE goes sielent. When I Reboot I get the WindowEyes Error Dialog - do you want to send error message which I have just been deleting. This last time I opened Outlook Express and got the beep beep and WE went silent. OK, I ReBooted but when I tried to open Outlook all my saved messages in the InBox were gone and it was empty. I just sent a test message and it came through so Outlook is ok. Since I am running xp I just figured it is old so haven't been sending the error messages but I will send them next time. Had I lost an entire project that would have been very bad and not just annoying.
This is just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this - send the message.
