But I do agree that just because you intercept OnFieldData to adjust
what is spoken for the selected item, we shouldn't be stopping the index
from automatically happening as per the user's verbosity setting.

It seems a bit strange that the item index gets replaced with my text
but the treeview depth is still spoken.
