Hi, I am not sure what the problem is but it seems to me that I heard on this list that you are trying to do what is called a mobile install and to do that, you would have to download the special driver or file from the GW Micro site to the computer that will be recieving the new install.

Hi all,

Recently I installed WE 6.0 Demo to my laptop and it worked perfect. Last week I had the big idea of unistall it and see if I could install it from the thumbprint. Now I can't install it neither from the thumbprint nor from the CD because it won't speak.

Any suggestion to make WE to speak? I used all the suggestions on the tutorial and it didn't work.
