Mike says "I am a customer not a cheerleader."

Now that is common sense speaking. I see nothing wrong with the focus
on MS products. But we dont want GW to be so focused that WE wont work well
with the majority of non MS products. Granted, that is a difficult task
since many many programmers probably do not even know the meaning of the
word "accessibility". And to add to the difficulty is the fact that
programs change along the way, take Skyppe and Nero for example.

I think its great that WE contiues to evolve and attempt to work as well
as possible with most programs. But to always look towards the 'latest"is
to overlook what we can do today and make the most of existing technology.
Its like trading a car in every year so as to have the latest and the
greatest. Of course, for some, its mandated that one keep up to remain
competitive. Its a vicious cycle.
