Hi, I have Windows 98 2nd edition, IE 6, OE 6, and WE 4.5. I tried the suggestion someone made about saying blank. It works when I don't enlarge the email with alt space. However, When I use alt space to enlarge the email so I can read it, the "Blank" doesn't speak. Is there a way to solve this? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks much in advance for your help. Also, How do I lower the volume on the keys such as, "caps" and "numlock" so they don't speak so loudly? Other than these couple of things, WE is working well. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Gayle
