What I do is to open Microsoft Word, copy and paste it into Microsoft Word and then save it under whatever name I choose.

Many times a receive an email with different articles in the email. For instance i am interest in one of this articles and i want to select it in oulook express where the email is, how can i save it step for step when i wnat to put it under my documents after i have selected it with the shift up and downarrow key?
