Hey Doug, For some odd reason I can't reply back to you from your message,
but, I kinda found out it's only when you are using window eyes and shut the
display off during the time while window eyes is running. If you shut down
window eyes down, and restart it with the display off, WE will work normal.
The only thing is when you are running window eyes and you turn on the
display, you would have to exit WE and then restart it again for it to see
the display. It might would help in fixing the stuck effect problem when
you sut off the display while using window eyes to have a hot key to
reinitialize the Braille driver.
