You know I did that when I first got my new dell computer at home. But
something happened and I had to do that again a couple of weeks ago. I
would bet my screen was rotated even then because I had touse the
numberpad to even the hot keys button in the control panel. I had to
click on it with a mouse button to uncheck it. I would like to know how
it got checked again after I had unchecked it the first time. Any ideas
anyone?

If you are using the intel Extreme graphics adapter, the CONTROL-ALT
combination with any of the arrow keys will rotate the screen 90
degrees. Unfortunately, this is the key combination used to change
speech syn on the fly. What you need to do is to go into the Control
Panel, hit I for Intel Extreme graphicsk, hit ENTER, and uncheck the box
that says something like "Enable Quick Keys. hit OKAY, and then hit
ALT-F4 to exit Control Panel.
