Re: How to reorder tracks in Nero using Window-eyesDate:

Hi,
The only way I have done this is to use the mouse
keys and when you have them on the track you wish
to move, you hit numpad+insert+star (which will
toggle the left mouse button down.) then, still
on the numpad arrow up or down to the place you
want the track and hit numpad+insert+star
again. Now, if you run out of tracks because
you've gotten to the top or bottom of the window,
you have to drop the track and arrow up or down
to get more tracks showing, then repeat the process.
The one thing about Nero that is true up through
version 6.6 is that the tracks will show up in
the opposite order from which you copied them if
you use the select all, copy and paste method.
So, I always select them in the opposite order of
how I want them to show up on the CD.
I hope that helps.
Richard
PS. I have not used Nero 7, so I have no idea if that is any different.

Hey All.
Using Nero Burning Rom to create an audio
CD. There's one thing I'm really stuck on which
has been bothering me for a while. I get all
the tracks I want to burn in the compilation
window and I can use the arrow keys to navigate
and review the list. The problem is… how in the
world can you reorder the tracks and move them
around? I've tried everything I can think of
including cutting and pasting, but after cutting
a track to the clipboard with ctrl-x, it always
gets pasted at the end of the list no matter
what! Is there a keyboard shortcut or menu
command that will reorder the tracks? I'm using
the last release of Nero 6, but I can upgrade to 7 if it would help.
Thanks,
Steve
