Mon, Jul 29, 2013 3:04:14 pmWell, I checked out the defalt sound card last evening. The two HP
desktops available to me both have only the one device listed under
playback sound devices which is a Realtech with no other choices. I'm
going to try a headset now and also a laptop. May just end up doing the
logging etc via laptop, although it seems ashame because the desktop is
sitting right there! Really an interesting and frustrating problem for
someone who is not particularly tech-savy! I'm OK to a certain point,
then it's all beyond me. So, we'll see what happens next. Thanks all.
