Re: Chase.com no longer working with Window-eyes and IEDate:
Sun, Apr 7, 2013 4:45:35 pmThe only time I lose browse mode while at www.chase.com is when I do a "manual" transaction download from a credit card account into Quicken (v. 2010) having gone to the "Account details" and then "Download" links. Finding the download format table by typing "t", then the wonderful "c" browse command to the format combo box, selecting the Web connect" version, I tab to the Download button. Then it's the Notification area adventure to say what to do with the download using the ALT-N hotkey. I enter "o" to open and Quicken breathes a sigh of relief.
At this point browse mode has been turned off. CTRL-SHIFT-A restores it and I hear the notification area choices again. I ignore them, get to the top of the page, and zip to the log out link which has the "visited" status thanks to saved cookies.
Now if browse mode is defunct for you doing other steps I defer to others for explanations.
