 IE 9 link issue

When on web pages, often, when tabbing around, my links will speak the
web link information instead of the speech that is written. In order,
if I am on Google, tabbing would result in something like
http://www.google.com/ instead of saying "google home". I can do this
on almost any web page and it is not consistent, but is frequent. I
have tried using compatability mode with no change.

I am running Windows7 home premium with 64-bit on a Dell desktop and
have all updates, including WE Beta 2. Thank you for any suggestions on
how to resolve this. The last time it happened was when I was at the
bottom of the BARD screen, looking for the log off link. When I did
shift-tab several times, each link was the http instead of log off.
