really annoying. I'll send an email, and it will just sit there. No errors
come up, but it just sits in orbit in the outbox.
I'll hit f9 over and over again and nothing.
I'll have to go through a cycle of shut down the program, kill the outlook
process and then it finally works.
Can anyone explain this? It makes no sense. It's almost like it needs a
jump start. I am running outlook 2003
