I made the switch to FF 16.01 and now, my computer crashes when trying
to watch a YouTube video, whic, I believe, was reported as a FF bug. I
updated after loading the beta. Before the beta, I was using something
like version 3.61 and I had no trouble with videos. Also, I can not
count on being able to download with FF. If I only want to read a web
page, things are fine, but my system has crashed several times when
trying to download. I have found it necessary to revert to IE9 for my
browser. I am running a Dell desktop with Windows7 64-bit, the new beta
and I have all current Windows updates. I should report that the
crashes I have experienced with both FF and Kurzweil have been so severe
that it has been necessary to shut down the computer with the power
button. Normally, I have always been able to find ways to avoid this.
