Brice is right, I just went back to the survey and used the mouse keys and
read the items above the checkboxes, such as "have you updated your screen
reader within the last year?". Never knew these questions were in that form
before I took the survey. WE blew it on this aspect.

Using 7.5.4.1, xp with sp 3 and IE 8.
