I have verified that Window-eyes is not missing something in the sound dialog. I wish that were true! <grin.> But this one's Microsoft's doing. The startup sound is put into the images.dll file and it's not a simple matter to edit, unfortunately. How dare Microsoft take away my fun!
So here I declair Window-eyes innocent! And there's no list like this that would allow us to get to Microsoft staff. Bummer!
