Wed, Dec 31, 1969 7:00:00 pmI am having a problem with window eyes laptop layout where the caps lock behavior is not consistent. This problem happens when I am away from my computer for sometime and come back. I want to make sure it is clear that for as long as I stay at my computer the functionality stays active. The caps lock commands never work. If I log off and log back in the caps lock functionality returns. I have checked screen saver options, power settings and all are set to none. Never turn off monitor, no screen saver, etc. I am running windows xp sp3
Any ideas?
