RE: WE goes silent with IE.Date:
Sat, Jun 19, 2010 5:42:33 pmI was told by GW that they can't duplicate the
problem thus can't fix it. I was also told that IE tool bars can cause the
problem. I have no third party tool bars installed. There are four IE 8
tool bars offered under the IE 8 view menu. There is a selection for Menu
bar, Favorites Bar, Command Bar and Status bar. Whether any of these should
or not be used is a question I can't get GW to answer.

Hi Everyone:
If it isn't for the fact that I need Version 7.2 for work, the Window-Eyes
upgrade has been a WASTE OF TIME.
I also have scripts written for a POS software still under development and
7.2 was suggested as a better candidate for these scripts to run well.
Window-Eyes DYING when Internet Explorer is launched does slow down my work
and I find that I need to reboot several times before I can do anything
tangible. Version 5.5 through 7.0 DID NOT give me this heartache. Wonder
where the code got broken? Hopefully, a future version will cure some of
the ills, but I will probably wait close to six months before even upgrading
to it.
Sincerely,
Olusegun
