Make sure the Word window is maximized, and then, go to the view menu and
the toolbars submenu, and make sure no toolbars are turned on except the
stand and the formatting ones. I've heard strange things spoken when too
many toolbars are turned on.

Hi, List,

Lately, I can't read the first three lines in a Word document with my cursor
keys and WE 7.2. I hear the line, but when I try to move the cursor a
character at a time, I only hear the word "space." How can I fix this? Is
it a WE or a Word setting. Mysteriously, it's not in all documents.
