This is off topic, but, form many blind users, backup systems are time consuming, and other problems. Here is a web page that will give you info on a very low cost way to do your backups.
It is called clickfree.com.
As low as about $40.00, you can purchase a transformer and use your own external hard drive or purchase a hard drive with all the software installed.
You plug either into yours port and the rest is automatic.
Does not backup software programmes, but, all else.
