Braille note: off topic: so sorryDate:
Tue, Nov 3, 2009 8:23:19 pmHi all,
I know this is offtopic, but I'm not on the list for this.
Does anyone own a braille note empower bt running keysoft
version 8.0?
If so, I need as much help as I can get.
Ok so I'm sitting here with my braille display not working on
it, and here are the things I've tried.
1. deleted the keysoft k s d file in the dictionaries folder,
and then pressed reset.
The braille note didn't bring back the braille display.
2. tried the service reset with the record button held down,
while the braille note was connected to ac power.
3. pushed reset with dots 4, 5, and 6 held down.
Again, the braille display didn't come back.
4. tried pushing reset with dots 1, 2, 3 held down.
All this didn't work.
Please help! Please help!
Thank you!
Regards,
Tyler Juranek
