It's a known issue with Vista, reported by many, but there at GW
headquarters, they cannot reproduce this. they're asking for someone
who has the problem to loan them their pc for a short time so they can
see it.
Are you running a program named "google desktop" by any chance?
window eyes seem to work much better when I uninstalled this a few days
ago.

Hi Everyone,
I have no idea what has caused this, but in my desktop WE will
not come on at start. I got it to come on by using the hot key after
boot up. I have Vista Home Basic on my desktop.
I got some error message that the device driver was not enabled
or not working. I am not sure the best way to fix this. Please give me
some ideas here.
Thanks.
Barbara
