Hi all. I just did a system restore back to February 26, that fixed the problem it looks like. Can't figure out what got changed or why but it is reading the emails now. It was still hiding portions but I went and made sure the preview pane was again unchecked it checked it in the restore.
So if your typing on a website or inyour email and the arrows won't read the letters try this.
