The GW-Info list is a discussion list, which can be very active with many messages per day. Any subscriber of the GW-Info list has the ability to post on-topic messages.

I tried the suggestion of using control-shift-O to change the format of the
message. Unfortunately, doing that removed the text of the message
altogether and produced blank lines. I appreciate that this problem has been
around for some time, as one person said; however, Gw Micro should address
it -- or at least let us know why they think this is happening. This is a
definite problem with Outlook and Windoweyes.
