Help with WE 7.015 crashingDate:

I just received we 7.01 and installed it on my desk top which I use at home.
I initially installed it using the quick install feature. It crashed pretty
regularly, kind of like every five minutes while in use, and even if the
computer was sitting idol. So, I figured there was a problem with the
install. I uninstalled it and installed using the advanced version I think.
I am still crashing all of the time. I am not exaggerating when I say it
can be every five minutes. When it works, it works, but something is
majorly wrong. It doesn't even matter what program I am in it crashes.
I am using xp. Although this was my son's computer for a year or so, we
recently whipped the drive and installed to the earliest version. I have
defragged, but honestly there wasn't a lot on the computer. Anyway, any
help would be greatly appreciated. I did try to call GW Micro tech support
when I got home from work, but it was a tad after five and the office was
closed.
I just crashed while typing this message.
