1. Close Outlook Express.

2. From Window-Eyes, press alt-f, m, f to open the set file manager.

3. Arrow down to outlook express.

4. Press tab 3 times to the install button.

5. Press space to activate the install button.

6. close the set file manager.

7. Launch Outlook Express.

If your message status flags/graphics are still not reading, you are
probably using a screen resolution for which we don't have default
graphics labeled. This means you will either have to switch to using a
resolution and scheme which is labeled, or you will have to manually
label them yourself.
