Hi Andrew many thanks yes our messages crossed.
for some reason I tried to use my braille sense plus using it as a
braille display with window eyes I went and tried to use the usb
option but it shut window eyes down
the only I could get it to work was use system access and then do a
uninstal of window eyes.
this is strange but all is well now.
I will not try braille under the usb set up as it has taken some time
to resolve this.
