WE and voice recognitionDate:

I am totally blind and use WE for all my work. I'm also a volunteer with
the Mass. Commission on the Blind. Currently I'm working with a man who has
MS and is unable to move anything except his head slightly; he's also
blind. I was wondering if it would be possible to set him up with a
computer that he can manipulate with his voice, while depending on WE for
output. My 2 main concerns are: how can he train the voice recognition;
what about feedback between input and output.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rick
