It's not called Window-Eyes options. It's called speech setup and it's
only available in 3.5.

If you install Lone Wolf 3.5 there is no need for any set files. Just
go to the speech configuration of the game and choose Window-Eyes. Thegame will send all its messages directly to Window-Eyes for processing.
if you are using an older version such as 3.2, then you should upgrade
to 3.5 as it's a free upgrade.
