Apparently, it's important, according to MICROSOFT, it is the newest and
most "going-to-be-supported" mailer, so, my question. Now, access is,
spotty, at best, especially access to the menus, etc.
I don't really have any access to any other than a Microsoft mailer with
this computer, so, at the moment, Outlook Express works, but, there are many
things which Eudora, PM-Mail, Calypso, and others do, which OE does not, and
I assume, (dangerous as that is to assume, I know) that Windows Live Mail,
will handle sounds for different "rules" which I really want, which OE does
not support, among other things, hence, my request.
