Their webmail interface works as well as using pop with your regular email
client like Thunderbird. In fact, Thunderbird has a gmail account setting

option when you create an account. it will automatically put in the
incoming and outgoing servers for gmail. However, I list them here below

in case you have not switched to Thunderbird as yet.

incoming pop3 server: pop.gmail.com port 995 ssl
outgoing smtp server: smtp.gmail.com port 587 tls

log into there web mail and look at your history. every page you goto
that is useing google will be in your browseing history. you can delete

it and i think you can turn this off. i have not checked since i disabled
this last month to see if they are still tracking me.

Yes, the web mail works great, as long as you choose the basic HTML
