the past when sighted people have told me that the W-E mouse is jumping
over icons on the screen. What are the most common reasons for this to
happen? Presumably the screen reader doesn't recognise the icon as a
relevant graphic, or, perhaps, it doesn't recognise it as a graphic at
all. If either of the above is the case, why not?
