Hate to mention this, but, you can get full control of I-Tunes with JFW.
Well sort of, you gotta pay 100 bucks to get the stupid scripts, but there
again, like in other thread, there isn't really any way for WE user to
script things like in other screen readers.

Matthew.

We actually had a dialog with Apply about the accessibility of iTunes.
They wanted us to tell them what they needed to do to make iTunes more
accessible. We spent some time going through the program with
Window-Eyes, and wrote up some information regarding the steps they
needed to take to make it accessible. They were very thankful for the
information, and then we never heard back, even after pinging them
several times. The problem with iTunes is iTunes, and Apple knows it.
They do not, however, seem to think that accessibility is a priority.

I strongly recommend that, if you're interested in using iTunes, you
contact them, remind them that we provided the information on making
their application accessible, and find out when they're going to release
a version that works with screen readers. You can use the form located
here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore/email/#form.

Gwmicro needs to develop some sort of support, even it be rudimentary, for

Itunes -- particularly for subscribing and managing podcast subscriptions.

While I do regularly use Juice and Golden Ear which work splendidly with
WE, more and more podcasts seemingly are requiring subscribing through
Itunes. The casts, once donwloaded, of course can be listened with the
audio player of one's own choice. If I suddenly discovered that JFW or Hal

would give me that capability, their demos
would quickly be on my pcs
