 Isn't there ANY way to get help with Outlook 2003??

Hey, I can't believe nobody out there uses MSOutlook 2003. I've looked at
tutorials and can't afford them, I've looked for shortcut keys and I just poke
around in here as if I know what I'm doing? Using Window Eyyes 6.1. Is there
a way to put the addresses of people I reply to in my address book as I can
using Outlook Express? If so, how?
