I don't remember if you can do this by default or not.
However if the keys are not defined you could define them in the hot keys
dialog for the Braille display.

Section 16.5 of the Window-Eyes manual, describes this process.

On the subject of Focus displays, I am wondering whether one can use the
Braille keyboard on the Focus to input text into apps like MS Word and
Word Pad using WE? I have a Focus 40 on my desktop computer at work but
hadn't even thought about it until just now.
