Unable to Read Installed UpdatesDate:

Hi all. I am using Window-eyes 6.1 under Windows Vista home premium
edition.
For whatever reason I am unable to determine what updates I have installed
so here's what's going on.
I recently have been using the feature which allows me to install windows
updates and then shut down. Ok, that's fine with me because I'm then
certain I've installed the latest updates. However, when I attempt to find
out what updates I've installed I'm doing something wrong. I tab either
once or twice after opening the start menu. I highlight windows update and
press enter. I hear view update history and press enter on that link but
then I hear an ok button and press it and nothing happens. I even tab to
installed updates and press enter on it and hear no selected items.
I never encountered this problem before. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
