Leonard. It sounds like you are using the wrong version of the we video
drivers. Remember, for Window-Eyes 5.5 mobile, you need to use the
wevideo.exe for version 5.5. For Window-Eyes 6.0, you need to use the 6.0
version of the webideo drivers. You can find the correct drivers either on
our web site www.gwmicro.com/support by going to the downloads section, or
you can get them from the 6.0 Window-Eyes cd.
