goes for Outlook too. That is, compose in plain text. W-E seemingly loses
focus, or gets lost all too easily when composing in HTML.

try changing the font you are using. Also have you tried changing to a
different synthesizer? This is a stumper.

Hello Everyone:
Those of you having problems with Outlook Express, have you set up your
outlook express options to compose and reply to e-mails using Plain
Text? To do this, do the following:
1. Open up Outlook Express to the list of messages in your inbox.
2. Hold down the alt key and press "t" to get to the tools menu.
3. Press "o" to get to the options menu.
4. Hold down the control key and press tab three times until you get to
the send tab.
5. Release the control key, then tab until you come to a check box that
says "reply to messages in the format in which they were sent." If this
box is checked, press space bar to uncheck it.
This was already unchecked.
6. Tab another two or three times until you get to a radio button that
probably says "html radio button checked." If it says this, then arrow
down one time and you will hear "plain text radio button checked."
Did this.
7. Press tab until you reach the OK button, then press enter.
Did all of this and it had no affect on the problem.
Any other ideas?
Thanks for the try.
