Hi

That would be the obvious thing to look for but it is under search, I found it, but it wasn't obvious. I suppose this is one of those occasions where you should read the manual mind you some of them take a bit of absorbing. I prefer to explore a program to find out what is where. Anyway, I found it and thanks to those who helped me.

if my memory serves me right, the option for adding contacts in the contact
menu is actually called "add contact". just a thought.

hit the alt and then move you're right arrow to contacts then search
thsi contact.
