There was a change that if one of your scripts is checking for updates,
it would pop up a dialogue to let you know that scripts need to update.
Don't remember if that is a toolkit functionality or not, but remember
seeing this somewhere. This is most likely why you saw the script
needing to be updated. If you had 20 scripts, and all of them were set
to being on, then 20 hits to the server would commence, where this way,
only one hit would be on the server.
