Katherine,

Have you verified the devices are selected in the devices tab of the options window?

Steve

Subject: GW Connect and no audio during calls

Hello all,
This is a little weird. I have noticed that since upgrading to Gw Connect 2.0, I have not had any audio during calls even though my audio device is set correctly; I can't hear the folks on the other end, and I'm pretty sure they can't hear me. My microphone is a USB microphone, and I have verified it's presence during calls. My speakers are just my internal speakers, so they're never changing. Then I have also checked the volume of my speakers; it is at 100 percent. I'm running Windows 7 if it makes a difference, and Window-Eyes latest version. Any suggestions in this would be great; I've got friends wondering where the heck I've been.
