I had similar problem too the other day. I called one contact and some time
later I added one more contact to the conference. this third contact didn't
answer, but then called me back. I accepted that call, and before GWConnect
could come up with a question of what had to be done and with three
choices, the third participant of my conference had already joined the call.
so it seems that the two calls had been merged before GWConnect asked me to
decide how to handle those two calls. as a result there were two separate
calls, both active at the same time, but the two people couldn't hear each
other.
