Re: GWConnect - a few issuesDate:
Sat, May 26, 2012 3:42:53 amHello Jim,
I'm not sure that is the cause for my issue, due to at least 2 reasons:
1. Due to this issue, I'm not able to use GWConnect properly and I doubt
that it has stored a lot of history information in its databases.
Although I must say that after setting GWConnect to store its history
only for a weekly period, I was able to open the chat window for a
problematic contact.
2. Even when I managed to open the chat window for a problematic
contact, the moment I started typing a chat message, GWConnect stopped
responding and I had to terminate it forceably.
I will probably try a clean install of GWConnect and see if that helps.
P.S.: One of those problematic contacts is echo123 and even now I can't
open its chat window.
